A prompt for vulnerability.
A gentle hand when you’re stuck.
The same honest question lands worldwide every morning. When words won’t come, a three-layer hint sheet meets you where you are — reframe, starting points, permission to sit with the feeling. No streaks, no scoring. Just a quiet minute of emotional honesty with yourself.
A window into what
others are feeling.
Release your reflection to a worldwide feed of people sitting with the same question today. No names, no photos, no comments — just authentic, unspoken thoughts from strangers you’ll never meet. You’re never the only one feeling it. And now you can see that, proof arriving one honest line at a time.
Write in the language
you think in.
Daily Capsule speaks four languages: English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. Authentic reflection happens in your mother tongue — so write in the one your thoughts already live in. Read the worldwide feed in the original voice of each writer, or translate every reflection into your own language. One honest question, one shared human experience, four ways to say it.

About Daily Capsule
- What is Daily Capsule?
- Daily Capsule is a reflection app that gives everyone one meaningful question each day. You can keep your answer private, or share it anonymously with the Collective and see how other people answered the same question.
- How is Daily Capsule different from a journaling app?
- Traditional journaling starts with an empty page. Daily Capsule starts with one question. You do not have to decide what to write about, fill a page, or keep a streak alive.
- What is one-question-a-day journaling?
- One-question-a-day journaling is a low-pressure form of reflection. Instead of documenting your whole day, you answer one specific question. It is small enough to sustain, and still builds a personal record over time.
- Do I have to share my answers?
- No. Every capsule can stay private. Sharing with the Collective is always your choice.
- Is Daily Capsule anonymous?
- You share under an alias, not a real name. There are no personal profiles, no follower counts and nothing to build an audience with.
- Does Daily Capsule use AI to analyse or respond to my writing?
- No. Nothing in Daily Capsule writes you an AI response or interprets your feelings. AI is used in exactly two places, both described in our privacy policy: a safety check on capsules before they are shared publicly, and translation so people can read each other across languages. Private capsules are never sent to any AI system.
- Does Daily Capsule have likes, followers or popularity scores?
- No. There are no followers, no visible like counts and no ranking. Nothing in the Collective can win.
- Can I read how other people answered the daily question?
- Yes, once you have answered it yourself. You share, you see. That reciprocity is deliberate: a feed you can scroll without contributing tends to replace the practice instead of supporting it.
- Can people reply to shared capsules?
- Only if you allow it. Replies are off unless the author has consented, and that consent is enforced by our servers rather than by hiding a button. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings.
- What if I cannot keep a journaling habit?
- That is the problem Daily Capsule was built for. There is nothing to catch up on and no streak to break. Today's question is the whole experience, and one honest sentence is a complete answer.
